I’ve been reusing waste upholstery materials from Mick Sheridan’s upholstery workshop. As the experimentation has progressed the materials have directed the process and final results. Rest has been a theme, linked to chairs and sofas as a place of rest. The following process pieces demonstrate some of the ideas generated from the last few months. The piece below branches off into interaction and will be presented to the public as a participatory possibility, relying on the viewer to bring their own agenda to the work.

The wearable artwork was too flat so required more stuffing. Come to my exhibition 8th-22nd July, Volcano, High St, Swansea to find out how it works #stuffing #artwork #wearableartwork #upholsterywaste #workingsafely #reuserecycle #workingoutside #becomeanartwork #interactiveartwork #mfafalmouth #wastematerials
